Northrop Grumman 1ERP is seeking a Staff Enterprise Business Analyst - this individual will report to the Director of Supply Chain.
The primary responsibility of this position includes working with the Global Supply Chain group in translating business strategy into technology enablement as part of Northrop Grumman's Digital Transformation in Supply Chain.
The successful candidate will have experience:
- Integrating the SAP Business Technology Platform with SAP business processes
- Configuring and implementing SAP Analytics cloud solutions and other applications
- Implementing Supplier Collaboration scenarios exchanging purchasing documents and attachments between SAP S/4 and vendors
- With API configuration related to SAP and Ariba products is desired.
A hybrid work arrangement may be available for the successful candidate. If primary work environment is fully virtual, the role will require up to 25% travel throughout the year at a minimum for meetings at our various office sites. It is preferred that candidates are local to one of the following Northrop Grumman office sites in Irving, TX or El Segundo, CA or Falls Church, VA or Baltimore, MD.
Basic Qualifications - To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
- 14 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors degree or 12 years of relevant experience with a Masters degree
- Over 5 years of configuration experience in the SAP Supply Chain area
- At least one full lifecycle SAP implementation
Preferred Qualifications - Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
- Configuration experience with Ariba Sourcing and Supplier Lifecycle and Performance modules
Salary Range: $132,700.00 - $199,100.00
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
