Hi, I'm a home and business owner in Midland, Texas looking for a responsible house sitter to help watch over my property while I'm away. Responsibilities include daily mail and package collection, monitoring the pool level, and light plant care — all together, it shouldn't take more than an hour a day. Regular mail collection is especially important, since it keeps the home looking lived-in and secure while I'm gone. This covers 2-3 locations: the house is visited daily, and the office locations every other day. I'm offering $50 per day for this schedule, with an additional $25 per visit if extra stops are needed.
