Job description
We are hiring Optical and Sales Associates in Olathe, KS, for a modern private practice. Candidates will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on patients' lives in a supportive and innovative healthcare environment. Training will be provided. Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with selecting and fitting eyewear, including glasses and contact lenses
- Manage and maintain accurate patient records and orders
- Communicate with patients to explain procedures, address concerns, and ensure comfort
- Provide support and information about specialty lenses and other optical products
- Contribute to a welcoming and collaborative team environment to enhance the patient care experience
