Coordinator
Partner with stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering to understand demand and effectively convert it into a procurement plan. Keep enterprise resource planning (ERP) data up to date and regularly review it to ensure material availability for production builds. Coordinate and resolve potential schedule impacts to program builds caused by late material deliveries. Organize and maintain regular reviews with procurement to check the status of deliveries and their delivery performance. Perform clear to build assessments on production schedules. Maintain and report on demand-related metrics. Partner with IT and other business stakeholders on planning process and system improvements.
Responsibilities

Essential Skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems within a production environment.
- 2-3 years of experience in a materials planning role.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Ability to formulate and execute ad hoc analyses.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Work Environment
The position is on-site, requiring direct collaboration with various departments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
