About the Role Monarch Home Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our team.This role is vital in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our healthcare records, supporting smooth operations and quality patient care.If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining organized data, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the efficiency of our healthcare services.Key Objectives Accurately input, update, and maintain patient and operational data in our systems.Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations.Support administrative teams by providing timely and precise data management.Responsibilities Enter and update patient information, medical records, and billing data into electronic databases.Verify accuracy of data before entry and correct any discrepancies.Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive healthcare information.Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to resolve data-related issues.Generate and compile reports as needed to support operational needs.Assist with data audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards.Perform routine backups to prevent data loss.Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.Proven experience in data entry, preferably within a healthcare or related environment.Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment..
