Job Overview Join our dynamic food service team as a Customer Service & Cashier Associate.In this front-of-house role, you will be the welcoming face of our food service operation, assisting guests with food and beverage orders, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean, stocked, and organized service area.This position combines customer service, cashiering, and light retail support within a fast-paced food service environment.If you enjoy working with people and thrive in an energetic setting, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in hospitality and food service operations.Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding service in a food service setting Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process transactions quickly and securely Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments while following proper cash-handling procedures Stock and rotate food, beverages, and retail items as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and retail areas Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and merchandising displays Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily food service operations Requirements Previous cashiering or food service experience preferred Familiarity with POS systems Strong communication skills and a friendly, guest-focused attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced food service environment Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction balancing Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking and light lifting Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to excellent customer service Join our team and be part of a growing food service operation dedicated to delivering quality food and exceptional guest experiences every day.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$13.00 - $17.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
