Horizon Staffing Resources is seeking an ABA paraprofessional for the current 2025-2026 school year in Cresskill, NJ.The ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) paraprofessional will work closely with a student with behavioral needs.The ABA paraprofessional will build rapport with the student to learn behaviors and modify them in a constructive way.The ideal candidate will have previous background working in an ABA setting with ODD.The Schedule:Monday through Friday - NO WEEKENDS! 8:30am to 3:10pm - NO EVENINGS OR NIGHTS! Responsibilities:One-on-one instruction:Implementing lessons and behavior intervention plans created by a behavior consultant Daily Living Activity Assistance:Helping students with personal care needs Data collection:Recording session progress and other data on data sheets Documentation:Maintaining records of behavior analysis data and graphing Communication and Collaboration:Working with teachers and other staff to create an effective learning environment Involvement:Participating in clinical team meetings and training and assisting with classroom activities and setup Student Supervision:Monitoring students on breaks, recess, field trips, etc What You'll Need:Experience:Previous experience in an ABA setting with ODD required Educational background:High school diploma required Clearance:Must be fingerprinted by the New Jersey Board of Education #HHS23 Job Type:Full-time Benefits:401(k) Health insurance Work Location:In person.
