Job description
This role is designed for a highly capable, adaptable individual who can grow alongside a multi-faceted business.The position begins as a hands-on operational support role, working closely with existing managers across bottle redemption, inventory, liquor wholesale, retail grocery/gas, and cannabis operations.Early responsibilities will be tactical and detail-oriented, focused on learning workflows, supporting daily execution, and ensuring consistency across departments.The ideal candidate is comfortable learning by doing, and earning trust through reliability and follow-through.This is not a desk role--success requires being present, observant, and willing to step in wherever needed.Over time, this position will take on increasing responsibility, ownership of key operational functions, and independent decision-making.As the business continues to scale, this role is expected to transition into a General Manager position, with oversight of the General Store, Gas Station, and Cannabis operations.The long-term goal is to develop a leader who understands the full ecosystem of the people, inventory, cash flow, compliance, and customer relationships.This role is best suited for someone who wants a long-term opportunity, values learning multiple sides of a business, and is motivated by growth, accountability, and operational excellence rather than quick titles.Initial Responsibilities/Priorities Bottle Redemption Operations Facilitate the removal and return of bottle surplus Ride along on Sunday bottle pickups to understand accounts and routes Track and manage redemption activity and reconciliation Assist with and eventually manage redemption payments to restaurant accounts (long-term responsibility) Inventory Management Conduct audits of beer and wine inventory Oversee and coordinate transfer of inventory Ensure accurate counts, documentation, and compliance with internal processes Cannabis Operations Support Work closely with the Regional Manager to learn SOPs and daily operations Support compliance, inventory, and store-level execution Build operational knowledge with the goal of broader management oversight Liquor Wholesale Support Ride along with wholesale liquor manager to learn delivery routes and customer expectations Assist with preparing orders for delivery Learn and understand the EFT/payment process Begin by shadowing; long-term goal is to take on more responsibility without disrupting existing workflows Retail & Grocery Store Support Provide operational support to the grocery store Step in where needed to support daily operations, staffing, or organization Act as a flexible problem-solver across departments Pay:$56,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits:Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
