Job SummaryClean and maintain residences as assigned, ensuring Quam Properties established standards of cleanliness.Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints.Ensures the confidentiality and security of all residences.Duties Clean and maintain residences based on the Quam Properties Housekeeping standards.Clean residences by category priority.Service assigned residences.Reports any maintenance deficiencies.Ensures confidentiality and security of all residences.Make up cribs and rollaway beds.Stock cleaning supplies, carts and linens.Transport cart and or company vehicle with cleaning supplies, amenities, and linens to assigned property.Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces, according to OSHA regulations and company requirements.Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.Re-hang and refold guest clothing.Respond to guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.Use equipment only as intended.Adhere to all Team Member guidelines and standards.Clean, organize and care for work area, equipment, and materials.Follow all safe work practices and policies, including the correct lifting techniques and use of equipment.Available to work a flexible schedule, holidays, and overtime as needed and as scheduled.Report to work on time and as scheduled.Maintain a well-groomed professional appearance and demeanor Qualifications High School graduate or GED required.Prior experience in cleaning hotel/resort guest rooms helpful.Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information.Verbal and written communication skills required.Must have the ability to manage your time.Must work with minimal supervision.Possession of a valid Hawaii driver's license Join our team as a Housekeeping Attendant to contribute to creating a clean and welcoming environment.We value hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and are eager to uphold our standards of excellence in hospitality and custodial services.Job Type:Part-time Pay:$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience:Housekeeping management:2 years (Preferred) Language:English (Required) Location:Lahaina, HI 96761 (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
