We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Data Processing Clerk to join our remote team.The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of experience in accounts data processing and possess strong skills in managing financial data accurately and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Accurately process and maintain financial and accounting data.Enter invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions into accounting software.Verify and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and completeness.Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as required.Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity.Maintain confidentiality of financial information.Support month-end and year-end closing activities.Perform other administrative tasks related to accounts data processing as assigned.Qualifications:1 to 3 years of experience in accounts data processing or a related field.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Basic understanding of accounting principles.Excellent communication skills..
