Company OverviewTura Inc.is a renowned leader in the high-fashion eyewear industry, celebrated for its commitment to quality, innovative design, and exceptional customer satisfaction.With a rich history dating back to 1938, the company's frame collections are highly regarded across the optical sector, featuring popular brands and styles that set industry standards.Position Overview Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the DBA role is to build, monitor and maintain the organizations Database & Reporting Systems.This includes database Administration, Data table design and Database performance monitoring and tuning where applicable.Duties/Responsibilities:Participate in setting organizational DBA development strategy.Identify, recommend new Database features and applications.Design, develop, and update databases as they relate to business needs.Ensure security and accuracy of all Databases.Data mining & Data accuracy.Monitor database table updates, daily and weekly cube and report builds.Adhere to all company policies and regulations.Provide Helpdesk support as directed by supervisor or manager.Software and Programming Tools ERP System knowledge of Microsoft Business Central.Microsoft SQL Server - SQL Query language.MS Visual Studio, SSIS, etc.Infosight Software - Jet Data Manager & Jet Reports.Work with AI tools to enhance Data mining.Ability to change with the company's business needs.Off-hours oversight and monitoring of data loads and reporting.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work.Have Proficient or Advanced Universe and Microsoft SQL Server development experience.Experience with writing, queries, reports, and screens.Experience providing desktop and application support.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.Experience working with AI preferred.Physical requirements:This position is based in an office setting and is primarily sedentary, involving extended computer work.It requires fine motor skills for typing, as well as occasional reaching, bending, and stooping.The ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally is required.Hours of Work:Standard business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.to 5:00 p.m., with required flexibility for after-hours data monitoring and reporting.FLSA Status:Exempt Pay:$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Application Question(s):How many years of experience do you have working with Infosight software; jet reposts and jet data management.Experience:Microsoft sequel server:1 year (Preferred) SQL Query language:1 year (Preferred) stored procedures:1 year (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
