We are committed to providing a paid, flexible work environment that values your contribution and helps you grow professionally.Responsibilities Sort, process, and distribute incoming mail and packages promptly to designated departments or individuals Prepare outgoing mail, including labeling, weighing, and coordinating with courier services for timely pickup Daily Post Office mail drop of inter office envelopes.Maintain accurate records of all mail transactions and shipments using office management software and data entry tools Skills Strong computer skills a must Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette on multi-line phone systems Prior experience in office or administrative roles such as personal assistant or mailroom Clerk enhances your fit for this position This role is an Independent Contractor position, which means taxes are not taken out of your paycheck; rather, you will receive a 1099 at the end of the year for tax purposes.Job Types:Part-time, Contract Pay:$20.00 per hour Expected hours:25 per week Work Location:In person.
