Overview Responsible for efficiently accepting sports wagers and redeeming guest tickets, ensuring proper gaming procedures are being followed.Adhere to all company and departmental policies, practices and procedures.Contribute to a safe work environment, through compliance with established safety guidelines, identifying potential safety hazards, and reporting same to the appropriate person for proper resolution.Maintain a professional departmental, company and community reputation.RESPONSIBILITIES Write, verify and make payments on tickets for race and sports wagers.Accurately maintain and balance cash till drawer.Explain wagering information to guests.Maintain a good understanding of the major sporting events.Following procedures for reporting any irregular wagering activity or behavior.Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner.Check stock and replace Sportsbook kiosk paper rolls as needed.Knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws (federal, state, compact, etc.) and attendant regulations as well as the Company's internal controls, policies and procedures Maintain stations with supplies;
