is a clinically trained professional responsible for strengthening relationships with referring providers and educating community partners on appropriate patient access to HPM's pain management services.This role is ideal for a nurse, therapist, or other clinician who enjoys relationship-building and wants to expand their impact beyond direct patient care.The Clinical Outreach Specialist serves as a trusted clinical liaison between HPM and the medical community, helping ensure patients are appropriately connected to high-quality care.HPM provides structured training in provider outreach, marketing strategy, and referral development.Clinical credibility, communication skills, and relationship-building ability are more important than prior sales experience.This is a field-based clinical outreach role with significant travel (approximately 50% overnight) throughout assigned territories in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Oklahoma.Duties & Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong clinical relationships with primary care providers, specialists, urgent care centers, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.Educate referral sources on HPM's pain management services, clinical indications, and referral processes.Serve as a trusted clinical liaison between HPM and referring providers to support appropriate patient access to care.Conduct approximately 20provider visits per week, including office education, MedStaff meetings, and lunch-and-learn presentations.Identify opportunities to expand provider engagement and community awareness.Re-engage previously referring providers and address barriers to referral continuity.Coordinate and participate in community events, health fairs, senior center programs, and professional meetings.Monitor referral trends and share field insights to support strategic growth initiatives.Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to strengthen brand visibility and outreach effectiveness.Document all outreach activities in CRM (Monday.com or equivalent) with timely and accurate data entry.Provide regular updates to the Regional Manager on territory activity and relationship development.Support new market launches and service line expansions.Establish strong working relationships with clinic and procedural staff at all levels.Complete administrative responsibilities thoroughly and on time.Represent HPM professionally and in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.Performance Requirements:Referral Growth:Achieve set quarterly and annual referral growth targets.Outreach Activity:Conduct at least 20provider visits per week and meet assigned community engagement targets.Conversion Rate:Improve ratio of contacted practices converting into active referral sources.Provider Retention:Maintain high retention of active referring providers and increase repeat referrals.Market Penetration:Expand referral network within defined territories.Event Participation:Organize/attend required community events and presentations each quarter.Timely Follow-Up:Respond to provider inquiries within 24-48 hours.CRM Accuracy:Maintain complete and timely documentation of all provider interactions.Feedback Utilization:Gather and share provider feedback to improve services.Compliance:Represent HPM ethically and in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.Minimum Qualifications:Education:Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, communications, healthcare administration, public relations, or related field.Equivalent experience may be considered.Strongly Preferred:2years of clinical experience in patient care or care coordination Experience collaborating with physicians or interdisciplinary care teams Comfort with public speaking or provider education Nice to Have (Not Required):Healthcare outreach, liaison, or medical sales experience Pain management or musculoskeletal knowledge Note:Prior sales experience is not required.HPM provides structured training in outreach and business development.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Understanding of pain management services and referral processes (musculoskeletal knowledge preferred).Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven with flexibility to pivot based on patient/provider needs.Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual meeting platforms.Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with attention to timeliness.High energy, adaptability, and resilience in a travel-heavy role.Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving ability.Ability to act with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.Comfortable serving as the face of HPM in the community.Licenses/Certifications:Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Ability to travel extensively across Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Oklahoma (50% overnight).Eligible for company
