Your Responsibilities

• Utilize our exclusive platform along with your network to source potential healthcare candidates
• Connect with prospects to share MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for thorough evaluations
• Follow up with leads to sustain enthusiasm and guide them throughout the hiring process
• Keep meticulous and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on the meetings scheduled, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your outreach

Compensation Structure
