About the Role The Programming Manager will define and deliver QR’s curated calendar of experiences, events, cultural moments, and wellness.
This role plays a key part in shaping the brand beyond travel—creating meaningful, memorable connections for members.
What You’ll Do Concept and execute signature programming across travel, culture, and lifestyle Build partnerships with cultural institutions, creators, and brands Develop programming themes aligned with QR’s brand and audience Oversee end-to-end execution of experiences and events Collaborate with marketing to amplify programming initiatives Ensure quality, exclusivity, and relevance across all offerings AI-First Approach You don’t just talk about AI; you use it.
You’ll be AI-native—not “AI-aware.” You’ll design, own, and evolve agentic workflows that dramatically expand your leverage. Salary $90,000 – $120,000 In this position, you will be eligible to participate in the Company Bonus Incentive Plan—an initiative that rewards our profitability, overall success, and your individual contributions.
