We are on a quest for seasoned, visionary recruiters to join our ranks as Senior Medical Sales & Healthcare Recruiters. This role goes beyond a typical position; it's your launchpad. Your Responsibilities Include

  • Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment from initial discussions to successful placement.
  • Act as a Trusted Client Advisor, gaining insight into their recruitment needs, challenges, and corporate culture.
  • Implement Strategic Sourcing utilizing our cutting-edge CRM/ATS, alongside your own networks and innovative communication tools.
  • Maximize Our Platform to streamline candidate management, track communication, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
  • Focus on Permanent Placements that deliver enduring value for clients and those substantial commissions for you.
  • Contribute to our Thought Leadership as we promote both our brand and yours.

Your Profile

  • 2-3+ years of direct experience in recruitment or consultative sales.
  • A solid understanding of healthcare, or a willingness to learn, as we are committed to coaching you.
  • Expertise in managing client relationships and successfully closing job offers.
  • Comfortable and proficient in navigating CRM/ATS systems (we'll equip you with training on ours).
  • An entrepreneurial approach with ambitions of building something sustainable.
