Your Responsibilities

• Take Charge of Full-Cycle Recruitment from initiation to placement.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor to clients, deeply understanding their hiring challenges, needs, and company culture.
• Utilize Strategic Sourcing via our unique CRM/ATS, as well as your existing network and state-of-the-art communication tools.
• Harness Our Platform to manage applicants, oversee follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that provide lasting benefits to clients and lucrative commissions for you.
• Engage in Thought Leadership initiatives that will elevate our standing and yours.

• Confidence in navigating ATS/CRM technology (training on ours is provided).
• An entrepreneurial spirit with aspirations to build something significant.
