This entry-level B2B outside sales role blends education, relationship-building, and consultative guidance. You'll manage your own local territory while working within a structured system that provides mentorship, training, and leadership development — even if you've never worked in sales before.
You'll meet directly with business owners and employee groups, helping them understand benefit options and make informed, practical decisions.
Build professional relationships with local business leaders and teams
Lead clear, organized benefit presentations
Guide clients through supplemental insurance options and enrollment processes
Provide follow-up support and maintain long-term client relationships
Manage scheduling, appointments, and territory activity
Participate in weekly training, mentorship, and skill development
Structured onboarding designed for educators transitioning into business roles
Hands-on field training and mentorship
Health & Life licensing assistance and reimbursement
Leadership development focused on communication, influence, and relationship management
