Salary: A range of $90,000 - $120,000 annually, plus commission and standard benefits

Position Overview:
As a Hospital Marketer, you will be instrumental in promoting our healthcare services, building connections with local hospitals, and fostering strong relationships within the community. This role demands a combination of marketing expertise, strategic relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to community engagement.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing: Utilize your sales experience to promote our healthcare services and attract new patients to our facility.
Hospital Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with local hospitals, physicians, and healthcare professionals.
Community Outreach: Develop and implement outreach programs and initiatives to engage with the community and raise awareness of our services.
Networking: Attend healthcare events, conferences, and community gatherings to represent our organization and expand our network.
Organizational Skills: Manage and track marketing materials, schedules, and outreach activities efficiently.
Follow-Through: Ensure all tasks, leads, and opportunities are followed through to completion.
Qualifications:
Nursing Home Marketing Experience: Must have verifiable marketing experience in a nursing home setting. Five years are preferred, but we will consider candidates with less experience if they have a proven success rate in marketing.
Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales or marketing roles.
Outgoing Personality: A likeable and outgoing personality to engage with diverse individuals and organizations.
Organizational Skills: Extremely organized with strong attention to detail.
Community Focus: Passion for community outreach and involvement.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team Player: Collaborative attitude and ability to work well within a team.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and proactively seek opportunities.
Flexible Schedule: Willingness to attend evening and weekend events as needed.
