PM&R | Interventional Pain | Ortho | Neurology | Sports Medicine Part‑Time or Full‑Time | Northern Virginia & Richmond, VA
The Judge Group is seeking a physician to support patients recovering from occupational and motor‑vehicle injuries. This flexible role offers no call, no weekends, and a strong work–life balance.
Position Highlights
No call & no weekends
Competitive hourly compensation + quarterly bonuses

What You’ll Do
Diagnose and treat post‑traumatic musculoskeletal injuries
Prepare patients for return‑to‑work
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care
Rotate across regional clinics (mileage reimbursed)
Clinic Coverage (Float Role)
Split between Northern Virginia & Richmond
Northern VA: Alexandria, Arlington, Falls Church, Herndon, Manassas, Woodbridge
Requirements
MD/DO from an accredited institution
BC/BE in Pain, PM&R, Ortho, Neuro, or Sports Medicine
Unrestricted Virginia medical license
DEA + BLS/ACLS
Strong communication and patient‑management skills
