Lou Lou’s Tavern is now hiring for our opening team at The Refinery in Charleston. We are an elevated tavern concept focused on consistency, quality, and high standards. This is a great opportunity to join a strong kitchen team from the ground up.
Inspired by The Refinery’s historic train system, Lou Lou’s will feel like a vibey, welcoming tavern - big booths, a lively bar, outdoor seating, and a natural connection to the venue’s live music culture. With upcoming concerts and large-scale activations, this will be a high-energy environment where hospitality and momentum go hand in hand.

Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service
Greet guests and enhance their dining and live music experience
Keep a clean and organized section or workspace
Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth service
What We’re Looking For:
1 - 2 years of high volume restaurant experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Professional appearance and demeanor
Standards We Expect:
Consistent, high-level guest service
Suggestive selling and menu knowledge
Clean-as-you-go mentality
Strong attention to detail
