Job Summary:
- We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to ensure that all products meet established requirements for reliability, workmanship, and overall quality standards.
- The ideal candidate will perform inspections, testing, and documentation throughout the production process while supporting continuous improvement and compliance initiatives.
Job Duties:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required. 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, metal fabrication, electrical assembly, mechanical assembly, or related industrial work (QC experience preferred but not required).
- Basic ability to read and interpret measurement tools (tape measures, calipers, micrometers, multimeters, etc.).
- Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical components (training provided).
- Ability to read or learn to read fabrication drawings, wiring diagrams, or blueprints.
- Willingness to learn inspection methods, UL requirements, and company quality standards.
- Computer literacy for completing reports and entering inspection data.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and safety.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
- Ability to pass background and drug screenings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in metal fabrication, panel assembly, electrical wiring, or similar industrial work. 2+ years of experience performing inspections, quality checks, or electrical testing.
- Familiarity with UL 508A, UL 891, UL 1558, UL 50/50E, UL 67, NEC, or industrial electrical equipment.
- Experience training or mentoring team members.
