For this U.S.
based position, the expected compensation range is $101,600 - $152,400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

We are looking for a Senior Power Electronics Control Engineer to join our R&D organization and help develop next-generation energy solutions. You will be part of a highly skilled and collaborative team working on advanced power electronics platforms in a modern, flexible working environment.
This role offers meaningful technical challenges, continuous learning, and the opportunity to influence future energy conversion technologies. What You Will Do As a Senior Power Electronics Control Engineer, you will design and develop advanced control solutions for power electronic converters used in critical energy applications.
You will play a key role in platform development, simulation, and validation, supporting innovation from concept through product realization.
