Pay: $18.00–$26.45/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
Location: 1776 Millrace Dr., Eugene, OR
PTO: 80 hours front-loaded on Day 1
What You’ll Do
- Process new/used vehicle purchases and dealer trades
- Submit aftermarket products and manufacturer transactions
- Process vendor invoices and lien payoffs
- Complete weekly/monthly reconciliations
- Support intercompany and dealership accounting functions
What We’re Looking For
- Dealership accounting or automotive experience preferred (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Customer service or retail experience a plus
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and web-based systems

We offer best industry benefits in class:
- The full salary range for this position is $35,000-55,000 annually. The anticipated starting pay for this role is between $21.00-24.00 an hour, based on factors such as skills, experience, and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
