Data Coordinator Tasks & Duties
Collect and compile production data from various sources, including machinery, operators, and quality control reports.
Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
Correct and modify inaccurate files and records
Research and get information for incomplete documents
Develop and maintain databases for tracking key performance indicators (KPls) related to manufacturing operations.
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data management tools. Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to management and other stakeholders.
Keep information confidential
Respond to requests for information and access relevant files
Comply with data integrity and security policies
Alert management to any potential issues or trends that could impact production efficiency or product quality.

Monday - Friday
Data Coordinator Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)
Data Coordinator experience preferred
GED / High School Diploma or equivalent
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
Proven data entry work experience, as a Data entry operator or Office clerk
Experience with MS Office and data programs
Familiarity with administrative duties
Experience using office equipment, like fax machines and scanners
Typing speed and accuracy
Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
Attention to detail
Confidentiality
Organizational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
