Program Manager IV

Location: Menlo Park, CA (Onsite)

Employment Type: Contract

Role Overview

This role is for a sales enablement and communications leader to shape training, go-to-market communications, and enablement programs. As an individual contributor, you will operate at the intersection of business strategy and operational execution. This position is focused on building an internal go-to-market communications and training architecture, driving change management for a global sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales enablement strategies, including training and go-to-market communications.
  • Bridge the gap between high-level corporate goals and the day-to-day operations of the sales force.
  • Build and manage an internal training and communications architecture.
  • Drive change management and training initiatives for a global sales team.
  • Lead the transformation of frontline operations to ensure teams have the right guidance.
  • Manage projects and share updates with relevant internal groups.
  • Participate in training design, including storyboarding and video creation.
Required Qualifications

Experience: 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, shaping training, go-to-market communications, and enablement programs.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in training and change management, communication and storytelling, documentation and knowledge management, and executive communication. Experience with AI-native tools is also required.
