Now Hiring: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time (PM Shift) Join Our Dedicated Care Team! In this role, you'll provide exceptional, resident-centered care while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team committed to excellence. About Our Facility * 5-Star Medicare-Rated Skilled Nursing Facility * Specializing in short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care * Resident-focused, team-oriented work environment * New graduates are encouraged to apply—we offer comprehensive training and mentorship to help you succeed Position Responsibilities * Provide compassionate, high-quality care according to each resident's individualized care plan * Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility * Obtain and document vital signs while promptly reporting changes in resident condition to the licensed nursing staff * Respond quickly to resident call lights and provide attentive, respectful care * Accurately document resident care in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements * Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents * Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members * Promote resident dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life Qualifications * Current, active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Compassionate, dependable, and resident-centered approach to care * Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced skilled nursing setting * Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience is preferred but not required Benefits & Perks * Competitive pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour (DOE) * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance for eligible full-time employees * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Holiday Pay * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Ongoing education, training, and career advancement opportunities * Supportive leadership and mentorship * Positive, collaborative workplace culture where employees are valued and recognized Why Join Our Team?
