The Mariemont Care Center is seeking an experienced and results-driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader to step into a building with momentum, supportive ownership, and a focus on quality improvement and growth.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the facility, including clinical, financial, and administrative functions
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and staff
Drive census growth, quality outcomes, and customer satisfaction
Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency
Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care
Qualifications:
Active Ohio LNHA license required
Prior experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing setting
Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey process
Proven leadership and team-building skills
Track record of improving quality measures and facility performance
