This individual serves as owning the full lifecycle of engagement coordination, from contract execution to billing and reporting. By leveraging business operations, technology platforms, and process optimization, the CES drives outcomes that improve client experience and operational integrity. This role demands a proactive mindset, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to anticipate and solve for barriers before they impact delivery.
