As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be an essential partner to a high-performing Talent Acquisition team supporting more than 86 locations across 12 states.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays an integral role on a dynamic recruiting team focused on attracting quality candidates and strengthening NorthStar's employer brand. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor, this position supports a broad range of recruiting functions while also assisting with recruitment marketing and social media initiatives. In this role, you will build strong working relationships with the recruiting team, candidates, and hiring managers while helping create and distribute engaging content across NorthStar's social media channels.
