Role requires an Associate's degree and at least 1 year of experience working in general HR/onboarding/credentialing
Role requires experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications
Job Summary: The facility wants to do an audit for every employee in the organization. This role will include verifying the facility has what they need to re-verify the I9 docs. This role would also include submitting proper documentation to peers in HR if files aren't completed in their entirety. This is a project-based role going through every employee's profile within the facility. There are over 10K profiles needing to be reviewed. The position requires the ability to multi-task and deal with large amounts of data while ensuring compliance, accuracy and reconciliation with all systems. This position requires the ability to accept responsibility for the collaboration and communication. This position will also be responsible for ensuring minimum qualifications and compliance standards are met, file audits are completed timely, and files are sent to the site in the agreed upon timeframes. Must have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and to handle issues or problems as they arise. The ability to reconcile records and audit work to ensure data integrity and accuracy of information going into various systems. Ability to research various types of data/information in order to support recruitment and retention activities and initiatives and recommend outcomes when applicable. Ability to handle and maintain confidential/sensitive information.
