We're seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative to support and grow our existing book of business. This role focuses on servicing client accounts, handling policy needs, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell and expand coverage. You will play a key role in maintaining client relationships, resolving issues, and supporting both service and sales efforts.
