Project Scheduler Location: Los Angeles, CA Schedule: Full-Time | Contract & Contract-to-HirePay Rate: $60-$65/hr (based on experience Overview We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to support large-scale construction and infrastructure projects across Los Angeles. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Key Responsibilities-Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling tools-Perform critical path analysis and identify potential schedule risks and delays-Update schedules based on project progress and communicate changes to stakeholders-Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to gather schedule updates-Analyze schedule variances and provide recommendations for recovery plans-Support planning, forecasting, and reporting efforts across multiple projects-Ensure schedules align with contract requirements, milestones, and project goals Required Qualifications -3+ years of experience in project scheduling within construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects-Proficiency in Primavera P6 (required)-Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling-Experience working on complex, multi-phase projects-Ability to interpret construction plans, specifications, and project timelines-Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Preferred Qualifications-Experience supporting public works or municipal projects-Familiarity with cost-loaded or resource-loaded schedules-Experience working in regulated or union environments
