Título del Puesto: Guardia de Seguridad / Security Guard Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo (9 am a 5 pm)



Objetivo del puesto:


Garantizar el correcto ingreso y despacho de vehiculos, personal y mercancía mediante control de accesos, monitoreo, rondines y reporte oportuno de incidencias.


Funciones principales:


· Controlar el acceso de vehículos y mercancías a las instalaciones.


· Verificar documentación de ingreso y egreso conforme a protocolos establecidos.


· Realizar rondines periódicos para detectar anomalías o situaciones de riesgo.


· Monitorear el correcto funcionamiento de cámaras de vigilancia y sistemas de alarma.


· Atender y reportar incidentes o emergencias al superior inmediato.


· Elaborar reportes diarios de novedades y actividades realizadas.


· Apoyar en inspecciones físicas de vehículos y contenedores cuando sea requerido.


· Cumplir con normas de seguridad física y procedimientos aduanales/logísticos establecidos.


Requisitos:


· Escolaridad: Secundaria o preparatoria concluida.


· Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año en puestos similares (preferible en entornos aduanales, logísticos o industriales).


· Conocimientos: Manejo de bitácoras, protocolos de seguridad, uso básico de radio/comunicación y videovigilancia.


· Disponibilidad: Turnos rotativos y fines de semana.


· Buen estado físico y actitud de servicio.


· Deseable: Curso de seguridad privada vigente.
