Job description
Apex Site Solutions is a wireless Telecommunications contractor based in Elk Grove, CA.
We service all of California as well as Nevada, Washington, Oregon, and Arizona.Our mission is to transform lives by providing growth and development opportunities that empower our Tribe.
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager who oversees projects.
Interface with clients and management daily as to the status of projects.
Ensure workflow is being achieved and milestones are being reached in a timely fashion.
Provide management direction, supervision, and leadership for the Project Team.
Ensure the successful completion of all project deliverables and contract compliance.
Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in construction, civil, or telecommunications project managementExperience managing multiple team members at the same timeExperience managing five or more projects at the same timeExperience in internal and external resource schedulingExperience with performance reviews of direct reportsOne of the PMI certifications (CAPM, PMP, PgMP, PMI-RMP, PMI-SP) Job Responsibilities: Work with customers, foremen, and construction managers to plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with all construction projectsCommunicate with Key stakeholders/estimating to determine project requirements and objectivesEstablish project objectives, procedures, and performance standards within the boundaries of the contract specificationsMonitor and control projects through administrative direction of on-site foremen to ensure the project is completed on schedule and within budgetManage all project activities, including site acquisition, due diligence, zoning, pre-construction services, architectural and engineering services, permitting, utility coordination, material ordering, construction management, and closeout packagesEstablish, manage, and control budgetPrepare and submit budget estimates, debriefs, progress reports, or cost-tracking reportsCreates bill of materials and examines estimates of material, equipment, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure completeness and accuracyCreate and maintain strong client relations and communicationBuilds relationships with field employees to enhance their career path successLead Succession planning for stream-aligned teams COMPENSATION: Salary: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00Bonus Opportunity Based on Performance COMPANY BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, Vision80% Medical Coverage for Dependents401KLife InsuranceGenerous Vacation Benefit Apex takes pride in being an equal opportunity employer.
