ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2010 and is a close-knit team of five. My path in the industry has come full circle - I first opened an agency in 2003, spent time in leadership for four years, and then returned to agency ownership with a strong foundation of experience.

I’m a graduate of the University of Texas and am married to another State Farm agent. We have five children, and as a family we enjoy fishing, hunting, and traveling whenever we have the chance.

For our team, we offer a strong focus on work-life balance along with ongoing training and development to help you grow in your role and build a long-term career.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Darren Boone - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
