About the Role:
Join Elite Maintenance Service as our Operation Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Based in Pasadena, CA, we are dedicated to providing top-notch maintenance solutions while fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all service lines.
- Manage and train a team of maintenance staff to uphold our high service standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in budgeting and financial management to optimize operational costs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the maintenance or service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and staff.
- Proficiency in operational management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
