Customer Service Assistant
Entry-Level Customer Support & Service Coordination Role
We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Assistant position for individuals who are professional, dependable, and able to support day-to-day customer service activity through strong communication, organization, and follow-through. This role is well suited to someone who can help maintain a positive customer experience, respond to routine inquiries, and support service-related tasks in a professional office environment.
The position includes a combination of customer communication, service coordination, record updates, issue tracking, internal follow-up, and general support for customer service workflows. The right candidate will be comfortable helping customers, maintaining accurate information, and supporting a team through consistent and organized daily service tasks.

Provide day-to-day support for customer service activities and routine service requests
Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Maintain and update customer information in internal systems and records
Help track service issues, follow-up items, and customer communication
Support coordination between customers and internal team members as needed
Assist with service-related documents, updates, and routine administrative tasks
Help maintain accurate records and organized customer support workflows
Contribute to a professional, responsive, and service-focused work environment
Reliable transportation to and from the workplace, if required
Strong communication skills and professional customer-facing manner
Ability to stay organized and manage routine support tasks consistently
Professional attitude and dependable work habits
Ability to follow established service processes and handle information accurately
Previous experience in customer service, office support, administration, or front-line client support is an asset
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, documents, and internal systems
Clear written and verbal communication
Strong time management and ability to stay organized throughout the day
Ability to handle recurring support tasks with accuracy and professionalism
Team-oriented, dependable, and service-focused approach to daily work
