Overview As a Compliance Specialist, you will provide ongoing support to clients by helping them navigate compliance requirements, complete important documents, and stay on track with key deadlines. You will support clients enrolled in Compliance Club, an offering designed to help businesses stay up to date on state requirements after renewing their business. Through clear communication, strong follow-through, and cross-functional coordination, you will ensure clients receive timely, accurate support. This position will be onsite at our Reno, NV office. You will welcome clients and guide them through next steps after enrolling in ongoing compliance services for their business. Confirm clients are in good standing with the state and explain any actions needed to stay compliant. Lead client consult calls to explain services, timelines, and compliance requirements. Collect client information and prepare annual meeting minutes, resolutions, BOI filings, and related documents. Deliver paid services, documents, and client follow-ups accurately and on time. Provide a white-glove client experience while partnering with Legal, Customer Support, and Processing to resolve issues and keep the process moving.
You have strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in customer service and administrative support. Client-first mindset with the ability to deliver a white-glove experience. Clear communication and professionalism. Strong computer skills, including document formatting and comfort learning new systems. Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and follow through. Compliance, legal support, or related experience is a plus.
The base compensation range for this role is $37,440 + a performance-based monthly incentive bonus. This position will be on-site at our Reno, NV office.
