We’re expanding and looking for motivated, full-cycle door-to-door sales reps who want to take control of their income and grow with a fast-moving company.

The Role

This is a full-cycle, door-to-door sales position where you’ll be responsible for everything from prospecting to closing deals.

You’ll work directly with homeowners in the field, generate your own opportunities, and close jobs on the spot.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect neighborhoods through door-to-door canvassing

• Speak with homeowners and identify needs for:

  • Pressure washing (driveways, siding, roofs, patios)

  • Exterior and holiday lighting services

• Educate customers on services, pricing, and value

• Generate leads and close deals in the field

• Schedule jobs and coordinate with operations

• Track activity and maintain a strong personal pipeline

Compensation

• Uncapped commission structure
