With calipers, micrometers, and gauges in hand, you validate critical features and make smart offsets to hold tight tolerances. A teammate from Machinist I stops by with a question—you mentor them through a tricky feature while coordinating with engineering to refine the process. You document production, track material usage, and keep the spindle cutting safely and efficiently all shift long.
