Vertical: Games (needs to have sold and support game developers – preferably AA and AAA, knowledge of game outsourcing services, art/audio/QA/player support/player experience)
Skill sets: experienced prospector and researcher, consuming industry info, tracking and following trends, usage of AI tools for communication/prospecting/research/presentations/proposals/competitive positioning; attention to detail and strong client-facing comms;
Curious about buyer behavior
AI tech-enabled/trained/curious
Comfortable acting on imperfect info or making pattern-based assumptions
Disciplined with tools and processes
Responsive, sense of urgency, diligent, yet patient
Ability to recognize opportunities early and respond with context and confidence

Your experience includes:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in the gaming industry managing enterprise accounts.
Proven success balancing business development with long-term account growth.
Ideally based in Austin, TX and well-connected within the gaming community.
Strong relationship builder with a great cultural fit and the ability to engage authentically with clients and colleagues.
Demonstrated experience working with indie, AA+, and AAA developers and publishers.
Solid understanding of the gaming services ecosystem, including localization, QA, player support, art, audio, marketing, and analytics.
Highly organized, self-starting, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and reporting skills.
An existing network in the gaming industry is a significant plus.
