Our clienta rapidly growing, publicly traded company in the Oil & Gas sectoris seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to take full ownership of all SEC and public company compliance filings. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone with deep knowledge of financial reporting requirements and a passion for accuracy, transparency, and timeliness.
This is not just another reporting roleyou will be the go-to expert for all external financial reporting, including the preparation and submission of 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and 8-Ks.
