I’m a Western Kentucky University graduate and have been a State Farm agent for 12 years. I’ve built an agency focused on initiative, problem-solving, and creating opportunities for people who are driven to succeed.
For our team, we offer a strong compensation structure with salary plus commission, a 401(k), health benefits, and unlimited PTO. We also provide a high level of flexibility, including the opportunity to transition to a 4-day work week once training is completed.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Trent Ehrlich - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
