The Full-Time Dedicated Caregiver role is designed for caregivers seeking consistent hours, benefits, and a stable case structure. This position requires reliability, flexibility, and strong communication. Our clients depend on continuity of care, and this role is essential to maintaining their safety, independence, and quality of life.
Commitment to 3040 verified hours per week Full-time status is dependent on maintaining required weekly hours Failure to maintain full-time hours may result in:
$17.00 per hour Weekly pay options with PayActiv access Mileage reimbursement Paid travel time when scheduled drive time between patients is less than 59 minutes (per system-calculated drive time) Monthly appreciation raffles and bonuses Tenure-based raises and bonuses $30/month unlimited phone plan (T-Mobile) Referral bonuses for caregivers and clients

Willingness to drive up to 25 miles one way between patients Must accept assigned cases Any scheduling or household restrictions must be disclosed at time of hire Must be open to:
Reliable attendance is a condition of employment for this role.
Assigned visits must be accepted Any visit changes must be communicated with the office If a patient is not home, cancels, or refuses care: You must call the office before leaving the home No call / no show is not permitted and will result in immediate change to PRN status Call-outs should be limited to emergencies or illness and communicated as early as possible Repeated unexcused absences may result in termination
Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, toileting) Light housekeeping and meal preparation Medication reminders Companionship and emotional support Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life
CPR certification (assistance available if needed) TB test within the past 12 months (assistance available) Level 2 AHCA Background Screening
