Job description

Role Overview

  • Dry van loads
  • No-touch freight on all shipments
  • High volume of drop and hook freight
  • Combination of regional and extended runs
  • Dispatch plans routes in advance
  • Consistent workload every week
  • Limited wait time between assignments

Pay Structure

  • $0.56–$0.65 per mile based on experience
  • Average weekly earnings $1,400–$1,600
  • 2,200–2,500 miles per week
  • Yearly income $71,000–$85,000
  • Weekly pay via direct deposit
  • Safety and performance bonuses included
  • Orientation is paid with travel covered

Home Time

  • Drivers return home every two weeks
  • Stable and predictable rotation

Fleet Information

  • Modern tractors including Freightliner and Kenworth models
  • APUs included in all trucks
  • Equipment maintained for reliability and uptime

Driver Requirements

  • 21+ years old
  • Valid CDL-A license
  • Open to recent graduates with required training
  • Strong safety background preferred
  • No more than 2 preventable incidents
  • No failed or refused DOT tests
  • No recent commercial DUI
  • Must complete DOT physical and drug screening
