We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Machine Assembler to join our team. This role is essential to our operations, playing a key part in building and assembling our industry-leading filling machines while supporting our commitment to quality and continuous improvement. As a Machine Assembler, you will work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure our equipment meets the highest standards and contributes to the ongoing success and growth of the company.This position is a great fit for someone with mechanical aptitude-especially candidates with 2+ years of experience as an auto mechanic who are interested in transitioning into a manufacturing career.Principal Responsibilities:Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, and bills of materialsAssemble machinery using hand and power toolsTroubleshoot and repair equipment issuesPerform rework based on engineering changesClean and inspect parts and returned unitsFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspacePerform other duties as assignedCompetencies:Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.Ability to follow instructions, both verbal and written.Detail-oriented and consistent.Works well independently and as a productive member of a team.Ability to maintain and perform basic repairs on equipment.Mechanical aptitude and repair skills. Basic ability in mathematics, reading, or writing.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: N/AWork Environment:Working 100% of the time in a manufacturing facility setting. Subject to noise from machinery used from time to time.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Prolonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks.Ability to lift up to 50lbs plus required.Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products or machines as directed.Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.Ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components.Requires ability to walk, climb, stand, carry materials, stoop, kneel, bend at waist.Must be able to climb ladder.Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Some overtime required as business needs dictate.Travel:No travel is expected for this position.Education and Experience:High School Diploma or GED required.Technical College.Experience with electrical, electronic, or mechanical assembly process a plus.Benefits and Retirement Plan:We offer competative benefits.
