THE JOB (WHAT YOU’LL DO):
This is a high-energy, physical role. You’ll be the wingman to our Blower Truck Operators—ensuring every job is completed to perfection.

• Handle the Gear: Manage 125 feet of 4” heavy-duty hose across varied terrain
• Precision Work: Use backpack blowers and rakes to leave every site pristine
• Team Support: Assist with backing, traffic control, and equipment setup
• The Finish: Take pride in transforming a landscape from “okay” to “incredible”

WHO YOU ARE:

• Built for Work: Physically fit, able to lift 75 lbs and maneuver up to 150 lbs of hose throughout the day
• Reliable: On time, ready to go—every single morning
• Detail-Oriented: You take pride in doing the job right the first time
• Professional: Clean-cut, respectful, and ready to represent the best
• Weather-Proof: You show up ready to work—rain or shine
• Prepared: Valid WA Driver’s License and reliable transportation to our Woodinville yard
• Communicative: Clear English for safety and efficiency

🔧 MECHANICAL SKILL = FAST TRACK OPPORTUNITY
Our blower trucks are highly specialized pneumatic systems—powerful, technical, and constantly in motion. If you have mechanical aptitude, hands-on repair experience, or a natural curiosity for how equipment works, that immediately sets you apart.
