The Quality Assurance Automation Engineer designs, develops, and maintains automated test scripts and frameworks to validate web/mobile applications, ensuring software quality and efficiency.

He/She executes testing procedures to ensure that software meets established quality standards.

The Quality Assurance Automation Engineer develops and writes testing scripts and plans to ensure that the software functions as expected.

He/She prepares data sets to test logic, error handling and system workflows.

The Quality Assurance Automation Engineer isolates, reproduces, and tracks defects, verifies fixes, and documents testing according to required procedures.

He/She is familiar with software development cycle and quality assurance methodologies. Job Responsibilities:

• Automation Framework Development: Create and maintain scalable, reusable automated test frameworks from scratch Test planning and design: Creating test cases and strategies based on requirements and specifications, including functional, regression, performance, and usability testing Test execution: Performing manual or automated tests to identify bugs and defects in the software Defect logging and tracking: Documenting identified issues in a bug tracking system, providing detailed descriptions and steps to reproduce the problem Test reporting: Communicating test results to development teams, highlighting critical issues and providing insights into software quality Collaboration with development teams: Working closely with developers to understand requirements, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely bug fixes Quality assurance standards: Maintaining and enforcing quality standards and best practices throughout the development process Job Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Communications or related field preferred 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance is required; mobile experience a plus Must have strong experience with frameworks like WebDriverIO or Appium with a strong understanding of the TypeScript/JavaScript ecosystem Must have the ability to identify potential issues and understand complex systems Must be able to meticulously review software functionality to catch even minor errors Must possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of defects and propose solutions Must have knowledge of testing methodologies including various testing techniques like automation, black-box, white-box, regression, performance, and usability testing Must have software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC) understanding Must have basic programming skills including the ability to write automated test scripts Must be able to effectively communicate test results and issues to developers and stakeholders Must have strong Project Management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines; must be proactive with a high level of organization Must be able to leverage effective communication to convey information clearly and engagingly to the target audience Compensation: Salary + Performance-Based Bonus, Comprehensive Benefits Package.
